Burley interested in managers post

Tigana has been told that the club will not be renewing his contract when it expires in the summer and Burley has admitted to being interested in taking over.

"I am very flattered to be linked with the job," he said. "It's certainly one I would be interested in.

"I've had my break and I'm desperate to get back in."

The Bookmakers are making former Leeds boss David O'Leary the early favourite to take over from Tigana.
