"In the first half we were nervous, we didn't play well and didn't deserve to be 1-1. Derby could have been further ahead and Lee Clark was the only outfield player doing it for us," he said after the 4-2 extra time win against the Coca Cola Championship side.

"But in the second half and especially in extra-time we showed a bit of bottle.

"In extra time there was only ever going to be one winner and I was pleased with that.

Fulham now face a trip to The Reebok on February 19th for the fifth round tie against an in-form Bolton side.

"It won't be easy but I'm pleased that it's away from home to be honest because we play better away from home. As I say it won't be easy, but it's winnable," the Fulham boss added.
