Djetou spent the whole of last season on-loan with Fulham from Parma and the club have confirmed that personal terms have been agreed with the player and he is expected to sign the contract some time this week.
"It must have been frustrating for Martin not to make an immediate impact when he first joined the Club as he was recovering from a knee injury," Fulham Chief Executive, Bruce Langham told the clubs official website.
He still managed to make 30 appearances and coped extremely well with the physical demands of playing in the Premiership which was a new experience for him.
"We are delighted to have secured his services for a further year."
