Everton Dismiss Striker Bid Reports

Newspaper reports had suggested that the Merseysiders had accepted a bid in the region of £10million from Fulham but this has beeen denied by Toffee's chief executive Keith Wyness.

"Contrary to some media reports that have surfaced throughout the course of today, the Club can confirm that no offer has been received nor has any deal been agreed for Andrew Johnson with Fulham Football Club," a statement on the official Everton website reads.
