The Scottish Premiership side swept into a 2-0 lead after just 15 minutes with goals by Stilian Petrov and Henrik Larsson.

Fulham managed to pull one goal back on the hour through Facundo Sava, and although Facundo Sava and Barry Hayles went close to equalising Martin O'Neills side held on for the win.
