Bellamy is surplus to requirements at Manchester City and it's thought Fulham boss, Mark Hughes, is keen to re-sign him.
Redknapp was looking to sign the player himself but wanted him on loan, however he later admitted, 'He's never going to come here on loan.'
Redknapp went on to say, 'He'll go somewhere and I would think Fulham are favourites now. If we want him, we will have to put up the money to sign him'.
If Bellamy was to move to the Fulham, he'd be working with boss, Hughes, for the fourth time as they previously worked together at Wales, Blackburn and City.
Fulham are not the only club to express interest in the player with Bellamy also attracting interest from Celtic and Sunderland.
