Hodgson Reports Dismissed

Certain media reports had said that former Fulham favourite John Collins was in line to replace Hodgson, who only took over the managers role at The Cottage in December.

"The club would like to inform supporters that articles which appeared in Tuesday's Times and Daily Mirror newspapers are untrue," a statement on the clubs official website reads.

"Unfounded speculation concerning our football manager's position is unhelpful, particularly at a time when the club is focused on preparing for this weekend's important fixture at Reading."
