Late England Call For Bullard

With both Steven Gerrard (groin) and Frank Lampard (rib) withdrawing from the squad through injury, the Fulham midfielder has been drafted into manager Fabio Capello's squad for the game in Berlin on Wednesday night.

West Ham midfielder Scott Parker has also received a late call-up to the squad.
