Saha's first half brace gave Fulham all three points and lifted them up to fifth in the table and Coleman said afterwards: "That was important tonight.
"We had just come off the back of two defeats but that was better tonight, and we ground out a result.
"In the first few minutes we were not at the races. We could not get near them, and they were the only team who looked like scoring.
"But we dug in and we have always got a chance with players like Louis Saha there."
