"We were drawing away 1-1 but then Villa scored on the counter attack and it is not acceptable," said the Fulham boss.
"We had many chances to score and for me it was not acceptable to lose today.
"We need to play with our heads. It is not the first time that has happened.
"We need a leader on the pitch. We need to sort things out now."
